More information on Job Board listings
Have consumers fill out more information before posting new jobs on the job board. Things like if building materials are required, travel reimbursement, deadline for project completion, etc....

What additional information would you need from your customers in those requests? Please also let us know your trade (handyman, pet sitter, etc) in your comments so we can put your need in context. Thanks!

Housekeepers in Sacramento
There seems to be no leads for jobs in Sacramento. Most jobs are in the Bay area.
How can we get people to come here do people know about this place? Its very frustatraiting when you try to find Housekeeping jobs and there is none for the area that you live in.

Allow the job board to have more categories for other jobs
I was wondering if you could have other jobs other than gigs for household services... like jobs at restaurants or hotels - stuff like that too.

Unfortunately, we do not have the money to advertise as the service is free. Would you pay for this $30 a month for Laborfair so we could advertise?

Re: Catagories
List all the job listings by Catagory. Like Housekeepers for example. And list them by city. So like if you lived in Sacramento, Ca you can click on California and click on Sacramento. Then you can see the housekeeping job listed in Sacramento.
Or have a drop down menu with the citys listed.So that we dont have to go through all the listings if we are looking for a job as a housekeeper.7 votesAdminjennaraby

We are working on this, it’s hard to do all these improvements without investor money which is running short right now! We love Laborfair but we need you guys to pay us or we can’t stay in business. Please let me know how much you would pay to keep Laborfair alive — a monthly subscription of $30 or so? Would that work?

We need Labor fair in more areas
Please make this available to Orange county because Long beach is too far, and this is such a great site people are missing out!

Require review verification by provider B4 posting online.
Can someone post a malicious review full of lies on your laborfair.com profile? Yes, they can! Can this be prevented by requiring approval of reviews prior to their being added to your profile? Yes, if we require this feature to be activated...

Respond to your "Contact Us" Emails.
I have tried for TWO WEEKS to get anyone from LaborFair to respond to my request for help. I am being harassed by a member, and now have to file a lawsuit to stop the harassment. Be VERY careful about using this service.

Job Listings
I think you should list jobs by category and also by towns. Like all jobs in Sacramento area.
Maybe using a drop down menu for the places the jobs are listed. And only list jobs in that area. If someone say is looking for a housekeeping job in Sacramento they dont want to look in San Fransisco
